Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@koawick.com with your order number and reason for return.
💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
