At Koa & Wick, we want you to love your candles as much as we love creating them. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@koawick.com with your order number and reason for return.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

⚠️ Non‑Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and custom candle orders are non‑returnable.
